I have over 25 years as a mindfulness workshop leader and psychic healer, facilitating the self-empowered release of traumas and dis-ease and realignment with optimum well-being.
Woven together with this experience is holding & creating the necessary sacred space to see & cleanse the shadow in the person and environment, keeping the space and collective energy field clear and clean of entities and projection, and realigning accordingly, with a high healing frequency of optimum well-being.
I learnt these techniques in the monasteries with deep mindfulness tradition and ceremony, in my druid circles, earth healing expertise with energy healing masters, and enlightenment technique dyad trainings.
These facilitations are profoundly influenced by my natural psychic gifts to read energy fields, stagnation, locate the cause of disease, see and feel collective and individual conscious and unconscious thought forms and frequencies & realign them with high-frequency optimum well-being.
This alchemy flows beautifully with many years of experience as a sound healer, trained in the lineage of Don Conreax, applying healing frequency gongs and bowls and chimes and tuning forks to release low-vibration dis-ease and realign with high-frequency joy and optimum well-being.
